||Course Administration of the Graduate Program in Environmental Law |
The Administration of the Post-Graduate Program in Environmental Law, under article 11 of decree no 30/2013 ¿ CONSUNIV, is constituted of a Post-Graduate Collegiate and a Post-Graduate Coordination Department.
The Post-Graduate Collegiate is the highest deliberative level in the program and is made up of a permanent faculty board and one student representative (Article 11, incision 1 of the resolution no 30/2013-CONSUNIV).
The coordination of the program is made up the coordinator and the vice-coordinator, two professors of the permanent board of the program and by one student representative elected by his/her peers (Article 12, incision 1 of the resolution no 30/2013-CONSUNIV).
Currently, the coordinator and vice-coordinator of the program are chosen by the academic community through democratic participation of the professors, students and admin staff, via proportional voting based on the elections for the chancellor.
The first election occured in 2014, Dr. Eid Badr was elected coordinator and Professor Maria Nazareth Vasques Mota as vice coordinator for 4 years which corresponds to the current CAPES evaluation cycle of the Master¿s course.
